I'm gonna give them a four star because my lo mein wasn't real hot neither was my orange chicken but when I got a really fresh hot piece of orange chicken it was amazing I only eat half of a two item combo anyways and can't wait to reheat it tomorrow it's absolutely delicious I think it should be right out about four stars it's fast food Chinese come on Girl seem to be in a good mood to me she was really busy and handled herself well and she was really cute too bad I'm not younger .I will be back for sure the barbecue pork is the way I like it fairly tender and gooey and taste like it was marinated like it supposed to be. Great food, always hot and fresh! The cashier/ server is always upbeat and quick, even though she gets very busy, the line moves quickly.

Good value for the price, service always good and satisfies my Chinese fix. Food is pretty good most of the time, sometimes fried rice is a little hard but not too bad.

The older lady with the hat is my fucking hero. You will never get so much food for $10.10 I lowkey wanna tell her no it's ok do less lol best fried Rice in riverside and it's not even close. Teriyaki chicken is super consistent and better than the chicken you get in a bowl from el pollo loco in the same parking lot Obviously if you want a whole grilled chicken go to el pollo loco But the Teriyaki chicken is better And its extremely consistent You know what you'll get every time as far as I know BBQ pork is the most inconsistent thing anywhere Sometimes it's all fat and they charge you a dollar. Idk how the BBQ beef is. I hope it's trimmed of fat

Friday night, near closing.. food is still phenomenal and the portions were perfect. Food was so good can't beat the quality.

This place has been around FOREVER it seems because it has been about 10 years since I have last visited. I used to come to HoHos multiple times a week back in the day until they changed owners. The last owner was so rude and awful to their customers. After finding clumps of hair in my food, I vowed to never come back to this establishment ever again. This past weekend, I wanted to try something new but was so tired of all of the food in the area. I decided to risk it all and give HoHos another try. When I arrived, there was a line out of the door and only one employee working and one cook. The person at the front was a young girl who was very kind. Although they were slammed, she was getting the orders out very quickly. I was about to leave because i didn't want to cause more stress for her, but before I knew it, she was already taking my order. Honestly, the portions here are huge and the food is fresh. The cook that was working was constantly coming from the back to the front to check on what they were getting low on and quickly refilling the trays with steaming hot food. I saw him in the back making everything fresh, even down to mixing the ingredients for the sauces. The best thing about this place is that the prices have barely changed, even with the crazy inflation we have been dealing with. I got a 2 item combo for $8.95 and a 3 item as well for around $9 something. Since it has been years since I've came here, I was definitely expecting to pay anywhere from $12-$14 for a two item combo like many of the other places nearby are charging. I don't know if this was just a lucky day or what, but I will have to return again to see if this place really has changed for the better. If so, I'll be happy to say that I will be coming back here more often because the food was really good, it was actually hot, and the service was super friendly. Although she was working alone and looked to be pretty stressed, she still kept her composure and was incredibly nice and personable. I hope they are able to get some help soon because an employee like that needs a little break every now and then.

I found this place when I attempted to get some Hawaiian bbq but the line was too damn long. I went with chicken wings, jalapeño chicken, and half chow mein and fried rice. The chicken wings were my favorite. The service was friendly and and very quick.. I was in and out with my food in a matter of minutes. Will definitely come back whenever I'm craving Chinese takeout again.
